My parcel has not been collected, what can I do?
Should your package not be picked up, please contact our help centre, via the report a problem tool, where an agent who has sold the service via our website will be able to assist you in getting it picked up.
What time will my item be delivered?
The courier services available on Emisarios Online will deliver anytime during the working day between 8 am and 6 pm.
I do not know the weight or dimensions of the package- can I book?
To use our courier services you must provide the correct dimensions and weight to enable us to price up a delivery service for you. It is important when you book a package that the information provided is as accurate as possible to avoid the courier charging for excess weight. You can weigh items on bathroom scales, even by standing on the scales with the goods and then without and use the difference.
Where is the nearest package drop off point?
In most cases we will be able to show you when you book where the nearest package drop off point is. This is provided during the booking process and this information will come from the courier.
